Mission Statement
DISCOVER OUABACHE is a quarterly digital publication that acts as a resource for park visitors and the surrounding communities that will enrich their visit to the park, educate them to the natural world, and encourage our visitors to interact with Ouabache State Park. DISCOVER OUABACHE will demonstrate and promote the goals and values of the Friends of Ouabache State Park.
Our Story
The Friends of Ouabache State Park are stewards of our natural and cultural resources, serving our community to provide interpretation and volunteer opportunities in an effort to remember past contributions and to promote and preserve our park for future generations.

The Friends of Ouabache State Park was established in March 2012. The Friends grew to become a 501(c)3 nonprofit in 2015, making donations tax-deductible.
